We need your help...
It is virtually impossible for us to provide optimal service if information is not presented to us in a timely manner. We MUST have your adherence to deadlines and deposit requirements if we are to secure reservations, meals, awards, etc. on your behalf - and at our advertised prices. For those individuals who find themselves in the unfortunate position of being latecomers, we recommend you call for reservation and price availability prior to submission.
Please, secure reservations as early as possible.

Qualifications

Gift Certificates
|
|
Certificates apply after the purchase of ten dance entries.
|
|
Professional Couples
|
|
Competing professional couples qualify for the special purse after the purchase of a minimum of two 'B' packages. Either both professionals on packages or one pro and one student/spectator on a package.

Scholarships
|
|
Students qualify for scholarships when they attend the convention on a minimum of a 'B' package and purchase ten dance entries in the style in which thy wish to be considered.

Top Teacher
|
Teachers may qualify for purses in two ways:
1. Purchase a specific minimum of dance entries (see below).
2. Attend the convention on a minimum of a 'B' package and have three or more students attend on a minimum 'B' packages.
Southeastern States qualification points are as follows:
250 entries...qualifies for...1st place
200 entries...qualifies for...2nd place
175 entries...qualifies for...3rd place
150 entries...qualifies for...4th place
100 entries...qualifies for...5th place
* Attention: DCU, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any event or pay scholarships, cash purses, etc. at half the advertised amount if, by the deadline date, two or less couples are scheduled to compete.
